Katalysator Suzuki liana {{forumTopicSubject}}

Hej all,

I bought second hand Suzuki Liana 1.6(2001) last month. It's was driving fine as I was only using it in Copenhagen. Yesterday I was driving it to Aalborg from Copenhagen. On high way I was driving around 135km/h when suddenly car stop decreasing it's speed. I pressed accelerator all the way down but speed decrease to 125km/h which then later comes to 110km/h for while and then 102 km/h.I still had to drive more then 300km. I was afraid if it gonna drive all the way but luckily it did. When I drove the car between 90-100km/h, it was driving without any weird sound or anything.But there was big difference in pickup of car.
Now I contact mechanic and it comes out that one of the katalysator is damaged and have to changed. According to him it is typically Suzuki Liana's problem.He is asking for 8000dkk plus moms. Is it fair price for changing one katalysator in Denmark ?
